The distance between the devices should be kept within 10 meters and without large or complex obstructions to ensure a normal and stable connection;
3. If disconnection occurs during use, please check whether Bluetooth is normally turned on, whether the App has Bluetooth authorization, and whether the App has background job authorization.

If you don’t keep the connection, the incoming messages cannot be synchronize，exercise and health data will be synchronized the next time when you connect Bluetooth;

Please maintain a normal and stable Bluetooth connection between the devices, check whether the mobile app has background job authorization and whether the message reminder function of the corresponding App are turned on the App settings.
For watches with IP68 waterproof rating, it can be worn for swimming or showering, but please do not wear it having a hot water bath or contact it with corrosive liquids, soak in hot water! Note: Due to improper daily use or maintenance, the waterproof effect may decrease. Therefore, the equipment caused by water ingress cannot provide free after-sales service.

2. The pedometer of the watch is functioning by the sensors and algorithms in the watch. Information such as height and weight is an important part of the algorithm, so be sure to fill in real information to ensure accuracy; the sensor will detect the arm's swing movement to work. Therefore, please do not repeatedly raise your wrist to check the watch data or keep raising your hand during walking to avoid affecting the normal operation of the device. Instead, maintain a normal and natural swing to ensure the accuracy of the data;
3. The algorithm will reduce the error caused by the swinging arm during non-walking. So the initial step counting starts 10 steps of actual steps, as a result， there may be no steps counted at the beginning of walking.
First of all, please make sure that the watch is worn correctly; the working principle of sleep monitoring is similar to that of pedometer. The sensor will detect arm activity and heart rate data to generate sleep data, so please do not intentionally raise your wrist viewing the data when you just lie down ; in order to avoid errors caused by turning over or hand movement during sleep, data delay may occur after waking up, and the final data will be fed back after the algorithm calculation is completed.
Please first check if the weather information update and GPS are turned on in the App settings. Some mobile phones may need to manually open the GPS to locate your address or manually select the city due to different mobile phone system version; Also, please make sure that the Bluetooth connection between the devices is normal, or whether having connected the watch and App for synchronization recently. If the connection is abnormal or has not been synchronized for a long time, please make a Bluetooth connection to synchronize.
Please check whether the charging head is properly connected and the USB port is properly connected; if the charging cable has not been used for a long time, please wipe the charging cable and the watch's charging contacts with a tissue or dry cloth.
Please check whether the App or watch firmware is the latest version in the phone App settings. If there is a new version, please update it in time to solve the bug; due to there’s abundant mobile phone models on the market, a small number of models may have individual adaptation problems. If you encounter a bug in the latest software version, please report it to us and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
